Come along to our mindful walking tour of ST James's Park, London. We introduce the ideas behind the practices of mindfulness walking alongside the benefits of improving your overall fitness and wellbeing. After our walk, we’ll end up at the coffee house where we can get warm, enjoy a hot drink, and chat some more!
This group is for 1st timers. The group size will be up to 10 people for everyone to get a chance to chat to one another.
