Attending our mindfulness activities will be a transformative experience with a multitude of benefits. Cooking Yorkshire puddings & Mindfulness with James
You will be making the very British Yorkshire puddings! Everyone in the class will create their own 'Yorkie' with prizes for the largest and tallest! A delicious lunch with wine will be provided. Aspects of mindfulness practice will be carried out throughout the activity :) Please let me know of any dietary requirements.
